TESLİMAT POLİTİKASI

1. GENEL İLKELER

VERA NADAR TEKSTİL olarak, faaliyetlerimiz tamamen sipariş üzerine toptan üretim (B2B) esasına dayanmaktadır. Bu nedenle, standart bir teslimat süresi, sabit kargo ücreti veya genel geçer bir nakliye politikamız bulunmamaktadır. Her sipariş, müşterimizin özel talepleri, ürün içeriği, miktarı, üretim süreci ve teslimat adresine göre özel olarak değerlendirilmekte ve yönetilmektedir.

2. TESLİMAT YÖNTEMİ

Teslimat süreci, öncelikle müşterilerimizin belirlemiş olduğu yöntem ve tercihlere göre şekillenir. Müşterilerimiz:

Kendi anlaşmalı nakliye veya kargo firmalarını kullanarak ürünlerini teslim alabilirler,
Kendi lojistik ekipleri veya iş ortakları aracılığıyla sevkiyatı organize edebilirler,
Veya bizden lojistik ve nakliye desteği talep edebilirler.

3. NAKLİYE VE KARGO DESTEĞİ HİZMETİ

Müşterilerimiz, ürünlerinin teslimatı için bizden nakliye veya kargo hizmeti desteği talep edebilirler. Bu durumda, VERA NADAR TEKSTİL, güvenilir ve iş birliği içinde olduğu üçüncü taraf lojistik firmaları, nakliye şirketleri veya kargo kuruluşlarından hizmet satın alarak müşterilerine bu konuda destek sağlar.

Ancak, bu hizmetin sunulması durumunda:

Kullanılacak nakliye firması, teslimat süresi, taşıma koşulları ve ücretlendirme, müşterinin sipariş detayları ve teslimat adresine göre sipariş bazında belirlenir.
Bu hizmet, VERA NADAR TEKSTİL’in asıl faaliyet alanı olmayıp, müşteri memnuniyeti ve kolaylığı amacıyla sunulan bir aracılık / destek hizmetidir.
Bu kapsamda verilen tüm lojistik hizmetleri, üçüncü taraf tedarikçiler tarafından sağlanmaktadır. VERA NADAR TEKSTİL, bu tedarikçilerin performansı, gecikmeleri, hasarları veya kayıplarından doğrudan sorumlu tutulamaz. Müşteri, bu tür durumlarda doğrudan ilgili nakliye firmasına başvurmayı kabul eder.

4. TESLİMAT SÜRESİ

Teslimat süresi, ürünün üretim süresi, miktarı, kullanılan kumaş ve malzemelerin tedarik durumu, özel üretim talepleri ve teslimat adresine bağlı olarak her sipariş için ayrı ayrı belirlenir. Kesin teslimat tarihi, sipariş onayı ve üretim planlamasının tamamlanmasının ardından müşteriye bildirilir.

VERA NADAR TEKSTİL, belirtilen tahmini teslimat sürelerine uymak için makul çabayı gösterir; ancak, üretim, tedarik zinciri veya nakliye aşamalarında yaşanabilecek öngörülemeyen gecikmelerden dolayı herhangi bir sorumluluk kabul etmez.

5. GÜMRÜK VE VERGİLENDİRME

Uluslararası teslimatlarda gümrük işlemleri, ithalat vergileri, gümrük bedelleri ve diğer resmi harçlar, ülkeden ülkeye değişiklik gösterdiği için işbu Politika kapsamında belirtilmemektedir. Bu tür masraflar ve yükümlülükler, tamamen alıcı müşteriye aittir ve müşteri tarafından karşılanır. VERA NADAR TEKSTİL, gümrükleme süreçleri veya ilgili vergilendirme konularında danışmanlık veya taahhütte bulunmaz.

6. DEĞİŞİKLİK VE GÜNCELLEME

VERA NADAR TEKSTİL, işbu Teslimat Politikası’nı dilediği zaman güncelleyebilir veya değiştirebilir. Değişiklikler, Site’de yayımlandıkları tarihte yürürlüğe girer.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

As VERA NADAR TEKSTİL, our operations are entirely based on made-to-order wholesale (B2B) manufacturing. Therefore, we do not have a standard delivery time, fixed shipping fee, or a general shipping policy. Each order is evaluated and managed individually based on the customer’s specific requirements, product content, quantity, production process, and delivery address.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

The shipping process is shaped primarily according to the methods and preferences determined by our customers. Our customers may:

Arrange collection using their own contracted shipping or courier companies,
Organize shipment through their own logistics teams or business partners,
Or request shipping support from us.

3. SHIPPING AND COURIER SUPPORT SERVICE

Our customers may request shipping or courier support for the delivery of their products. In such cases, VERA NADAR TEKSTİL provides assistance by procuring services from trusted third-party logistics companies, freight forwarders, or courier organizations with which we have collaboration.

However, when this service is provided:

The carrier, delivery time, transportation conditions, and costs are determined on an order-by-order basis according to the customer’s order details and delivery address.
This service is not VERA NADAR TEKSTİL’s primary business activity but is offered as an intermediary / support service for customer convenience and satisfaction.
All logistics services provided in this context are rendered by third-party providers. VERA NADAR TEKSTİL shall not be held directly liable for the performance, delays, damages, or losses caused by these providers. The customer agrees to contact the relevant shipping company directly in such cases.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is determined separately for each order based on the product’s production time, quantity, availability of materials, custom production requests, and delivery address. The definitive delivery date is communicated to the customer after order confirmation and production planning are completed.

VERA NADAR TEKSTİL makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times; however, we assume no liability for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances in production, supply chain, or shipping stages.

5. CUSTOMS AND TAXATION

For international deliveries, customs procedures, import duties, customs fees, and other official charges vary from country to country and are therefore not specified in this Policy. Such expenses and obligations are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and shall be borne by the customer. VERA NADAR TEKSTİL does not provide consultation or make any commitments regarding customs clearance or related taxation matters.

6. CHANGES AND UPDATES

VERA NADAR TEKSTİL may update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the Site.
