How It Works – Our Custom Manufacturing Process
At Vera Nadar Tekstil, we follow a transparent and structured process to turn your ideas into high-quality finished products. Whether you are launching a new collection or scaling production, our step-by-step approach ensures reliability, quality, and complete peace of mind.
1. Share Your Project Details
Start by sharing your product requirements with us. Please provide as much detail as possible:
- Product type, model, and technical drawings
- Order quantity and color options
- Fabric type, GSM, and yarn preferences
- Customization requests (embroidery, logo, printing, dyeing)
- Reference images of similar products (if available)
You can send your inquiry via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. The more details you provide, the faster we can respond with an accurate solution.
2. Evaluation & Quotation
Our technical team reviews your request in detail. If any information is missing or unclear, we will contact you to clarify. After the evaluation, we prepare a non-binding preliminary quotation (proforma invoice) based on current material costs, labor, and production timelines. This gives you a clear picture of the investment required before moving forward.
3. Sample Production (Optional)
Once you approve the quotation, you decide whether you want a physical sample before bulk production. We offer two sample options:
- Standalone Sample: If you only want a sample without placing a bulk order, this is available at an additional cost.
- Order-Based Sample: If you place a bulk order, we provide a sample at a more affordable rate, and the sample cost is often deducted from your final invoice.
Sampling is a critical step to confirm fabric, fit, color, and workmanship before mass production begins.
4. Bulk Production
After sample approval (or if you choose to skip sampling), we begin full-scale production. This involves:
- Raw material procurement (yarn, fabric, accessories)
- Pattern making and design preparation
- Cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, and finishing
All products are inspected at multiple stages to ensure consistent quality and adherence to your specifications.
5. Payment & Invoicing
Once production is complete, we issue a commercial invoice for your order. Payment is made to our official company bank account. After payment confirmation, we proceed to the shipping phase. Flexible payment terms are available depending on order size and project scope.
6. Logistics & Delivery
We offer flexible shipping solutions tailored to your needs:
- Your logistics partner: If you have a preferred shipping company, we coordinate directly with them.
- Our logistics support: If you do not have a logistics partner, we arrange shipping through our trusted network. We handle air, sea, or road freight based on your timeline and budget.
We also provide full support for customs clearance and export documentation for shipments departing from Turkey, ensuring smooth delivery to your destination country.
