Yes, we offer additional services including custom embroidery, water-based printing, custom screen printing, digital printing, and 3D printing. Simply specify your requirements in your tech pack, communication emails, or WhatsApp messages. Our team will begin working on your request as soon as possible.

You can request all types of knitted and woven fabrics. Options are available from our own stock or from the stocks of our partner mills, including various qualities, GSM ranges, colors, and yarn compositions. We can provide detailed information based on your specific requirements.

Yes, we do use such fabrics. However, high-volume orders allow us to produce these fabrics in bulk. For smaller quantities, we need to proceed with the fabric options available in our stock. If the specific fabrics you request are in our stock at the time of your order, we can make them available for your use.

Our quality control process is carried out meticulously. It begins with fabric inspection before cutting, followed by cutting, sewing, and seam controls. Details such as dyeing, printing, and embroidery are also carefully checked. In the final stage, pre-packaging and during-packaging inspections are conducted to ensure that orders are fully prepared for shipment.

Our company operates in full compliance with international business ethics standards and strictly does not employ child labor. The mills we source our fabrics and yarns from hold internationally recognized certifications. This ensures that all our products are manufactured in accordance with ethical and quality standards.

For classic t-shirts, our minimum order quantity is 150 pieces per color. For classic trousers, it is 250 pieces per design. For women’s nightwear, it is 50 pieces per design. For school uniforms, it is 300 pieces per design. For hoodies and jogger sets, the MOQ is 150 pieces per set and per color.

Our sample process works in two different ways. If you request a sample after placing an order, we prepare it together with your order. However, if you request a sample before placing an order, please note that the sample cost will be higher than the bulk production cost.

Once the sample fee is collected, we work meticulously on all stages including technical details, design, pattern, and sewing that we have agreed upon, and we prepare your sample. After the sample is sent to you and approved, we proceed to bulk production. If there are any details you would like to change on the sample, we make the necessary adjustments and determine the roadmap together.

At VERA NADAR TEXTILE, we are aware that the most critical stage in the sample preparation process is the pattern and design work. If you request a sample from our standard stock products, it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks for us to produce and deliver it to your address, primarily to European countries.

If you request the production of your own custom design, the sample delivery time may take 4 to 5 weeks, including pattern making, design verification, sourcing the appropriate fabric, and completing technical details such as embroidery and dyeing if applicable.

We share these timelines with a cautious approach to ensure our processes run smoothly. Under normal conditions and depending on seasonal intensity, our sample preparation times may be much shorter.

Yes. As VERA NADAR TEXTILE, we organize export customs clearance processes smoothly from Istanbul and all other points in Turkey.

If you have a regular logistics partner, we can complete the customs procedures and deliver the products directly to the shipping or cargo company on your behalf.

If you do not have a preferred logistics provider, we would be happy to share our trusted and reliable partner companies to ensure your products are safely delivered to your address.

As VERA NADAR TEXTILE, we comply with global standards in our international shipments and officially support widely used trade terms (Incoterms) such as EXW, FCA, FOB, and CIP, depending on our customers’ logistics preferences.

We can organize export customs clearance procedures entirely in-house (FCA/FOB). If you have a regular shipping partner, we can also deliver the customs-cleared products directly to your logistics provider.

Our average delivery time varies depending on the order quantity, product specifications, and the selected shipping method (Incoterms). To provide a clearer picture, we evaluate this timeline in two stages: Production Time and Shipping (Transport) Time.

For example, a 5,000-piece t-shirt order with front and back printing and custom labeling, shipped to a European address, takes approximately 5 weeks after sample approval. This period includes both production and standard road/air freight transport.

For knitwear products, an order of 1,000 pieces requiring custom yarn dyeing, spinning, and meticulous weaving processes takes approximately 60 days from our facility to shipment.

Since every project has its own technical details, seasonal production capacities, and geographic delivery conditions, there is no single definitive delivery time. To receive the most accurate and optimized plan for your specific project, we recommend contacting us directly with all your technical details.

As a standard practice, we do not assume responsibility for transit insurance during international shipments. The risk and insurance obligations during transportation are subject to the commercial delivery terms (Incoterms) mutually agreed upon for your order.

However, if requested by our customers, we can quickly obtain a price quote from our partner insurance companies on your behalf. In this case, we can arrange the insurance service through external suppliers and reflect the additional cost on your order invoice, ensuring that your products are delivered to your address with full protection.
